Este proyecto es una residencia privada de estudiantes con 466 camas a dos cuadras del campus de la Universidad de Texas en Austin. Este inmueble de alta densidad y cerca de 2 mil metros cuadrados contará con estudios y apartamentos de 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 recámaras en superficies que van entre 51 y 143 metros cuadrados. Las 466 camas estarán distribuidas en una estructura de gran altura con 16 pisos y 4 niveles de estacionamiento subterráneo. Tendrá 15, 555 metros cuadrados de espacio alquilable.

El proyecto se ubica a unos 300 metros del extremo oeste y a 700 del centro del campus. Los estudiantes podrán ir a la universidad a pie o en bicicleta. El sistema Austin CapMETRO ofrece múltiples rutas de autobús que hacen paradas cerca de la residencia, lo que ofrece un cómodo acceso al los distritos comercial y de entretenimiento en el centro de la ciudad, ambos a menos de dos kilómetros. Se encuentra a unos pocos minutos de Shoal Creek, una reserva natural con múltiples senderos para bicicleta y senderismo que permiten llegar a pie hasta los alrededores del Lago Lady Bird.

La Universidad de Texas en Austin, con 51 mil estudiantes inscritos, es la institución insignia de la Universidad de Texas. Su programa de inversión continua incluye construir nuevas instalaciones de investigación, educación y administración para la Escuela de Medicina de Dell, el Plan Médico de Maestría del Distrito, la Escuela de Negocios McCombs y el Centro de Investigación y Educación de Ingeniería.
