Guangzhou EB-5 Forum

Texas Growth Fund exhibited at the EB-5 Forum in Guangzhou on March 25-26, 2017, sponsored by Guangdong Entry & Exit Immigration Association (GDEIA). The firm was represented by Victoria Li and Paul Kennedy, seen here addressing the Forum’s plenary session.

The Forum was attended by immigration agents from across China.

Texas Growth Fund’s two student housing projects – the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston – were particularly well-received, based on their exceptionally strong TEA status, combined with the stability of the student housing market and the participation of world class equity partners (Grand China Fund and Safanad respectively).

Texas Growth Fund’s “portfolio approach” to EB-5 was highlighted, showing how its range of active projects enables immigration agents to offer investment choices to their clients, all under the umbrella of the same Regional Center.
